The time you become greedy, and wish to get "lucky", is the time you give away all of your money. Seems a little abnormal, but it appears to be accurate. The only time I ever win money is when I don’t panic about blowing it. I headed to the the casino the other evening with $20 in cashin my pocket. I couldn’t care any less about losing it, who cares about 20 dollars? So can you imagine what happened? I ended up leaving with $120 in profit in just one hour!
A different time I headed to the casino with my friend Ben. I took in $100 that I could not bear to squander. I got insatiable, I got terrified, and I ended up betting too much and losing it in 30 minutes! The lesson my friends is never ever bet more than you are able to squander. If you don’t care about squandering, you have a greater chance of profiting big!
How else can you increase your chances of winning at Roulette besides setting a budget? Never wager on single numbers! Yes, they come up occasionally, but they don’t come up often enough to ensure a steady profit. Only wager on 1:1 wagers e.g. red, black, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets e.g. 1st 12, 2nd dozen, third 12, etc Wager on odds that pay out relatively big.
With the basics reviewed, how else might we further boost our odds of succeeding at Roulette? By turning probability into our buddy, instead of our mortal enemy. "You can not win at Roulette", my buddy Steve would say to me. "It’s absolutely arbitrary due to the fact that any number can come up". Sure, my friend Mike has a point, although at the same time, he is missing an important aspect of the picture. I totally agree, red or black can hit 30 times in a row, but how frequently does that happen?
