The point you become greedy, and hope to get "lucky", is the day you squander all of your cash. Sounds a little weird, but it appears to be true. The only time I ever come away with money is when I don’t panic about losing it. I headed to the the casino last night with $20in my pocket. I could not care less about squandering it, who cares about $20? So can you imagine what happened? I ended up leaving with $120 profit in just two hours!
Another time I was at the casino with my buddy Charles. I went in with $100 that I could not bear to lose. I got hoggish, I got terrified, and I ended up betting too much and squandered it in 30 mins! The lesson is never ever bet anymore than you can commit to lose. If you do not care about squandering, you have a greater chance of winning big!
What other ways can you build up your chances of winning at Roulette other than creating a budget? Never bet on individual numbers! Sure, they hit occasionally, but they do not come up often enough to guarantee a steady profit. Only bet on even bets e.g. black, red, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers for example 1st 12, 2nd 12, 3rd 12, etc Wager on odds that pay out fairly big.
With the basic rules covered, how else can we further increase our chances of winning at Roulette? By turning probability into our buddy, instead of our enemy. "You can’t succeed at Roulette", my friend Mike would say to me. "It is absolutely random because any number could come up". Sure, my buddy Steve certainly has a point, but at the same instance, he is missing a critical aspect of the picture. I absolutely agree, black or red could hit thirty times in a row, but how often does that happen?
